Job Description
We are seeking a skilled EMC / Wireless Test Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring electronic products meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards, as well as supporting wireless compliance testing. You will work closely with design, regulatory, and product teams to deliver compliant, high-quality products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing in accordance with international standards (e.g., CISPR, FCC, IEC)
- Perform wireless testing for technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMC/EMI issues during product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle

Day-to-Day Tasks
- Set up and run EMC/EMI test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, anechoic chambers)
- Analyze test data and document results in detailed technical reports
- Identify root causes of compliance failures and recommend design improvements
- Support pre-compliance and certification testing activities
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and ensure adherence to lab procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven experience in EMC/EMI testing and compliance standards
- Familiarity with wireless technologies and RF testing principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical standards
