Duration: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2029 (Long-Term Contract)
Location: 100% Remote (Contractor Remote Facility)
About the Project
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is driving statewide IT modernization by consolidating infrastructure, applications, and services. This role supports the OTS Invoice Portal, a critical system aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability across agencies.
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong Agile expertise to support analysis, documentation, and delivery of enterprise-level applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to drive requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business functions, processes, and requirements using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, objectives, and workflows
- Translate business requirements into user stories and technical documentation
- Support product backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization
- Facilitate and participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Analyze integration between business processes and technology solutions
- Document legacy system processes and data flows
- Support design and implementation with development teams

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 12+ years working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban environments)
- Strong experience in:
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Writing user stories
- Managing product backlog
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Experience working on complex enterprise projects
