Project Summary: Our client, in the higher education sector, is modernizing its entire data ecosystem through a large‑scale Data Warehouse Redesign and Modernization Initiative. This transformation is built on three pillars: Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Data Advancement, to create an integrated, trusted, and scalable data environment.
Domain Priorities
- Research Administration: Modernize pipelines for grants and award data, strengthen compliance, and enable analytics for funding trends, proposal success, indirect cost recovery, and lifecycle performance.
- Finance: Redesign financial data structures, support audit‑ready reporting, enhance forecasting and cost‑analysis, and deliver consistent leadership dashboards.
- HR: Integrate workforce data, enforce strict privacy governance, and enable people analytics for retention, diversity, staffing, and organizational planning.
