Project Overview
In this role, you will be an integral part of a high-impact project focused on transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to empowering data-driven decision-making. The project involves designing intuitive, interactive dashboards in Power BI, building robust data models using advanced DAX, and orchestrating seamless data transformations using SQL and Power Query. As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw data from multiple sources and strategic business intelligence, crafting visualizations that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Design & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI to clearly communicate data stories.
- Data Modeling: Architect scalable, efficient data models and leverage advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to solve complex analytical problems.
- Data Transformation: Perform robust ETL processes using Power Query and SQL to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis.
- Data Integration: Seamlessly connect and integrate data from multiple disparate sources into cohesive, unified analytical views.
- Data Governance & Security: Implement and adhere to strict data governance standards, understanding and applying row-level security and access models to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and fellow team members in a fast-paced Agile environment to translate business requirements into production-ready analytical tools.

- Power BI Mastery: Strong, proven expertise in Power BI, encompassing end-to-end dashboard design and optimization.
- Data Modeling & DAX: Deep understanding of data modeling principles and advanced proficiency in DAX.
- Database & ETL Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data transformation techniques using Power Query / ETL.
- Analytical Skills: Strong overall data analysis and visualization skills, with a keen eye for UX in reporting.
