Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the lead strategist and executioner for a small portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns—including SEO, PPC, social media, and email—to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and turn them into actionable digital strategies.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for SMB clients across diverse industries.
- Paid Media (PPC/Paid Social): Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- SEO & Content Management: Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research, content recommendations, and local search performance.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: Develop social media content calendars and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automation flows).
- Client Management & Reporting: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting performance reports, surfacing insights, and providing tactical recommendations.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, ROAS, and traffic trends using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), LinkedIn Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools.
- Project Management: Utilize Asana to own your delivery outcomes across your client portfolio, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, client communications are clear and open, and team members are fully informed on project status.Â

Key Notes for this Role
- "Run Toward Fire" Mindset: Small agencies need proactive individuals who handle problems immediately, not just wait for direction.
- Hands-on vs. Delegating: You will likely be writing the ads, setting up the campaigns, and analyzing the results, rather than just overseeing a team of specialists.
- Client Communication: High interaction with clients is expected. You will need to explain technical metrics in simple business terms.
- Tool Management: You will likely be responsible for maintaining the website’s SEO functionality in CMS systems like WordPress
