About the Role

We are hiring a Network Technician Lead to own physical network infrastructure supporting GPU clusters. This role focuses on fiber, connectivity, and ensuring high-performance communication between AI workloads.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as L3 escalation point for network and cabling-related issues
  • Troubleshoot fiber connectivity (faults, transceivers, patch panels, light levels)
  • Perform testing and validation (VFL, OTDR, power meters)
  • Execute structured cabling repairs and remediation
  • Validate connectivity and performance post-repair
  • Maintain documentation and escalate to network engineering as needed
  • Support high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity for GPU clusters


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with fiber (single-mode, multi-mode) and cabling standards
  • Hands-on experience with fiber testing tools (OTDR, VFL, power meters)
  • Data center experience in high-availability environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot physical-layer issues independently
  • Experience with high-speed optics (100G+) or GPU environments is a plus
