We are seeking a highly experienced Data Centre Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end data center operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise infrastructure.
This is a leadership role requiring both hands-on technical expertise and team management experience, acting as the primary escalation point for all data center operations.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data center engineers
- Assign and track daily tasks aligned with business priorities
- Act as the escalation point for critical issues
Data Center Operations
- Manage daily operations ensuring uptime and reliability
- Oversee infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices

Incident Management
- Lead major incident response and resolution
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in IT or related field

- ITIL framework knowledge
- Cloud & hybrid environment experience
