About the Role

The Email Marketing Associate supports White Tiger's outbound marketing efforts, focused exclusively on executing and managing cold email campaigns that drive engagement across our client base and business development pipeline. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed professional with hands-on experience in cold email platforms and a strong understanding of deliverability and campaign performance.


You will work closely with our global marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed with precision and aligned with outreach goals. It's a focused, high-impact role with a meaningful growth trajectory for someone who excels in email marketing and data-driven outreach.


Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly or similar platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and use those metrics to analyze and improve future campaign performance
  • Maintain and organize prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation
  • Manage inbox responses, flag leads, and route replies appropriately
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and sequences to optimize performance
  • Utilize Zoho Projects to manage tasks, track deadlines, and communicate with the team
  • Ensure email domains and sending accounts remain in good standing through proper warm-up and hygiene practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6–18 months of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or outbound context
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly or another cold email platform (e.g., Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo) required
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, domain warm-up, and inbox management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during US business hours (overlap required)
  • Experience in professional services or B2B industries preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Zoho preferred)


Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Compensation: $7.50–$8.50/hour, based on experience
  • Weekly Commitment: Full-time
  • Working Hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm EST
  • Location: 100% remote
