🔍 Role OverviewAs a Senior SEO Specialist, you will lead end-to-end SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, improve rankings, and achieve business goals.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop SEO strategies
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits and recommend improvements
- Implement on-page optimization (metadata, headings, content, internal linking)
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

- 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and content strategy
- Proven experience with government, semi-government, or institutional websites (preferred)
- Experience working in compliance-driven or messaging-sensitive environments
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- PageSpeed Insights
- Strong experience with WordPress SEO (Yoast / Rank Math, schema, site structure)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
