The Role

• We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer / AI Product & Growth Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems across the company.
• This is a hybrid role between engineering, product, and growth, focused on solving real business problems through automation and scalable systems.
• You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, and deploy systems that are actually used.
• This is a role for someone who builds, not someone who experiments without shipping.

What You’ll Do

Build AI Systems That Actually Get Used

Design and deploy practical AI solutions across the company, including:

• Support automation (ticket handling, summarization, QA, routing)
• Internal copilots and knowledge systems
• Content generation pipelines for ads, emails, and lifecycle
• AI-powered reporting and internal decision tools
• Workflow automation connecting multiple systems

Your focus is not experimentation — it is adoption and impact.

Automate Core Workflows Across Teams

Identify manual, repetitive, or fragmented processes and replace them with scalable systems.

• CRM and lead management workflows
• Support operations and ticket handling
• Internal reporting and data aggregation
• Marketing production pipelines
• Cross-tool automation (moving data between systems)

You should naturally think in inputs, outputs, dependencies, and failure points.

Build the AI Layer for Growth

Work closely with the growth team to improve performance through systems:

• Lead enrichment and segmentation
• Ad and content variation generation at scale
• Funnel and lifecycle optimization
• Outreach and affiliate support automation

You should understand how your work impacts acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Support Product & Internal Tool Development

Help design and prototype AI-powered tools used internally or within the product:

• Internal dashboards and assistants
• Retrieval/search systems
• Workflow tools for non-technical teams
• Simple AI-powered product features

Translate messy business needs into functional, usable systems.

Integrate Systems and Infrastructure

Connect models, data, and tools into working systems:

• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Internal platforms (CRM, support tools, dashboards)
• Databases, APIs, and webhooks

We’re looking for a builder with real execution ability. Someone who has already built automations, internal tools, or AI systems used in real environments, not just experimented. You should be comfortable working with APIs, workflows, and integrations, and able to ship complete, end-to-end solutions.

You operate well in ambiguity, can solve practical business problems, move fast with ownership, and focus on impact over perfection.

Technical Background

Strong candidates typically have experience with Python and/or JavaScript, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier, and working with APIs, webhooks, and data flows. A solid understanding of databases and how to structure and move data across systems is important.

Strong Advantage

Experience applying AI to growth, operations, or product is a strong plus. Background in fintech, trading, crypto, or SaaS environments is highly valuable. If you’ve built AI agents, copilots, or internal automation systems, and worked with tools like CRM, support, or marketing platforms, that will set you apart.
