- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations)
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems

- Advanced SQL (required)
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced proficiency)
- Python or R for data analysis and automation

- Experience with data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Version control (Git) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
