Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

Role Description


This is a full-time remote position for an Ai Solutions Engineer. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and internal workflows. You will help translate business ideas into practical AI solutions using existing tools, platforms, APIs, and modern large language model technologies.


Once opportunities are identified, you will lead setup, integration, deployment, testing, and optimization of those solutions. This may include automations, copilots, internal productivity tools, customer support systems, data insights tools, content workflows, and AI-enhanced product features.


This role is ideal for someone who understands both business problems and modern AI capabilities, and can bridge the gap between the two.


Key Responsibilities


* Partner with internal teams to identify practical use cases for AI across the business

* Evaluate existing AI tools, vendors, and platforms to determine best-fit solutions

* Implement and deploy AI tools that improve operations, customer experience, or growth

* Build workflows using APIs, automations, LLM platforms, and no-code / low-code tools where appropriate

* Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes

* Create internal copilots, assistants, dashboards, or workflow automations

* Test outputs, improve reliability, and establish quality controls

* Train internal teams on new AI tools and best practices

* Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities for adoption

* Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, feasibility, and rollout strategy


Qualifications


* Strong technical background in software engineering, automation, systems integration, or applied AI

* Strong negotiation skills

* Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms

* Experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments

* Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

* Experience working with APIs, SaaS tools, and system integrations

* Understanding of prompt design, workflow orchestration, and AI limitations

* Strong problem-solving skills with a practical execution mindset

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

* Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply


Nice to Have


* Experience with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries

* Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n

* Familiarity with vector databases, RAG systems, or internal knowledge assistants

* Experience deploying AI agents or workflow-based systems

* Startup experience or experience in high-growth environments
