Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality assurance for our trading platform's operations.
2. Develop testing tools, automated testing frameworks, and scripts to conduct automated testing.
3.  Execute testing based on product requirements, including test plans, design, execution, bug submission and tracking, test reporting, and improvements.
4. Participate in unit testing, code reviews, continuous integration, automatic deployment, and online monitoring to ensure code quality and delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of QA experience
2. Strong foundation in software engineering, data structures, and algorithms; good understanding of software applications.
3. Passion for QA with a unique perspective on quality ownership (beyond just test execution).
4. Fast learner with strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative—driven to innovate and improve processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto trading platforms or fintech systems
• Exposure to high-concurrency or real-time systems
• Experience with performance or stress testing 

Work arrangement

On-site preferred; remote work from Mainland China can be considered.
