• Contractor retention bonus: 10+ contractors (6+ months): +$1,000/month
• Scaling to $3,500/month at 25+ contractors
• Expected billings: $400k+ within 12-18 months (£200k)

• 2+ years’ 360 recruitment experience
• Strong billing track record
