As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to grow clients’ organic visibility. You’ll work closely with SEO strategists, content teams, and clients to deliver measurable results.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing SEO strategies based on best practices
- Technical SEO audits & on-page recommendations
- In-depth keyword and competitor research
- Metadata optimization
- Identifying content gaps and opportunities
- Presenting strategies and report-based insights to clients
- Collaborating with content and dev teams to implement your recommendations
- Monitoring performance and delivering clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports
- Staying ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
- Contributing to cross-functional digital initiatives as needed
- Presenting results, tactics and plans to client

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming frog or similar
- Technical know-how: Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts
- Results-oriented: You’re focused on delivering value and achieving SMART goals for clients
- Proactive & organized: You manage your own tasks, communicate clearly, and deliver reliably, no micromanagement needed
- Strong communication skills in English: You write, speak and present in English clearly and professionally, whether with teammates or clients
