We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join a high-growth European fintech that’s redefining how people invest, making it simpler, more accessible, and fully mobile-first.
This is not a “keep the lights on” security role.
You’ll be shaping how security is built into the platform from the ground up.

🛡 What you'll own
- Harden the GCP security posture, monitoring, threat detection, alerting, misconfig hunting
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans; maintain visibility through live dashboards
- Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the org
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows (shift-left, always)
- Build automation and incident response playbooks for common attack scenarios
- Advise engineering teams on secure architecture and system design
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DORA
- Own and participate in on-call rotation for security incidents

🔍 Your profile
- Senior-level background in cloud security you've done this, not just read about it
- Strong hands-on expertise in GCP security tooling and architecture
- SIEM/SOAR experience: you know how to build detections, not just consume alerts
- Solid grasp of threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Comfortable with IaC and containerized environments (Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Fluent in compliance frameworks ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA
- Strong communicator: you can brief a CISO and pair with a developer in the same afternoon
