Duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead the OT cybersecurity stream across a complex infrastructure program
- Manage supplier activities and coordinate delivery across internal engineers and external resources
- Act as the key customer-facing cybersecurity lead, keeping stakeholders aligned and scope clearly controlled
- Guide technical decision-making across cyber infrastructure, IAM, endpoint protection and assurance activities
- Ensure delivered assets meet required cybersecurity and compliance standards including IEC 62443 and rail-relevant frameworks
- Build a clear picture of project history, current state and future direction during the first phase of the engagement

We are looking for someone with:

- Must have: Strong experience leading OT cybersecurity work across critical infrastructure environments
- Experience applying IEC 62443 in complex industrial or operational technology environments
- Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in customer-facing project settings
- Enough technical depth to lead senior engineers credibly and challenge technical direction where needed
- Exposure to SCADA, legacy embedded systems and broader OT/ICS landscapes
- Background in infrastructure, rail, energy, utilities or oil and gas would be highly regarded
