About the Role
Cullerton Group is seeking a bilingual Technical Recruiter based in Mexico to support high-volume recruiting efforts for engineering talent supporting major U.S. manufacturing clients. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying Controls Specialists and related technical professionals for opportunities in the United States, including TN visa sponsorship.
This is a remote contract role working closely with our recruiting leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates across Mexico for Controls, Automation, and Engineering-related roles
- Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and qualification of candidates (technical + English proficiency)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates interested in relocating to the United States under TN visa programs
- Partner with U.S.-based recruiting leadership to align on role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage candidate communication throughout the early stages of the recruiting process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in CRM/ATS systems
- Support ongoing talent mapping efforts across key regions in Mexico

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (technical recruiting preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and motivation for international relocation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or sourcing tools preferred
Nice to Have
- Prior experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based roles
- Familiarity with TN visa or cross-border hiring processes
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
