Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions. You’ll oversee software architecture, select appropriate technologies, and collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will act as a technical advisor, resolving any complex challenges that arise during the project and mentoring developers on best practices.
Key Tasks:
- Collect and analyze business and technical requirements
- Identify system risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Evaluate and select the best technologies, frameworks, and tools for the project
- Design and build system architecture and document specifications
- Provide technical support to development teams and address issues promptly
- Plan, execute, and assess performance, security, and scalability testing

Requirements
Must-Have:
- Japanese Language Business Level
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns and experience in designing and building system architectures
- Knowledge of various technology stacks (programming languages, frameworks, libraries – no specific preferences)
- Familiarity with quality management practices
- Experience with DevSecOps & Security
- Python & Nodejs
