🎯 What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects from scoping to delivery
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models
- Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices

- Advanced SQL (required)
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Python or R for analysis and automation
- Data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Version control (Git – a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Strong SQL and analytical skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to deliver actionable business insights
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience building dashboards and data products
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
