Outbound Campaign Manager

Hypergen is a B2B lead generation agency powering outbound for top startups across the US, UK, and EU - and we're growing fast, looking for people who love making outbound campaigns run.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Manage outbound campaigns end-to-end for clients across various industries
• Build advanced Clay automations that raise the bar - the kind other agencies notice
• Continuously A/B test email copy, sequences, and send timing until campaigns perform at their best
• Lead client calls to present campaign results and align on strategy
• Stay sharp on the latest outbound tools and trends - and bring what's useful back to the team

YOU'RE A FIT IF

• You have hands-on B2B outbound experience - cold email isn't intimidating, it's your playground
• You use AI tools instinctively - for research, drafting, optimizing, all of it
• You're proactive, curious, and genuinely enjoy testing and iterating your way to better results
• Your written and verbal English is strong - you're comfortable owning client-facing communication
• Bonus if you've worked with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or PlusVibe
• You're available 1 PM–9 PM EET - your afternoons sync with our US-based clients
