Job Description
Your role:
· Leading complex, technical, global projects related to unstructured data migration (email, files etc.).
· Partnering closely with engineering, product, consulting, commercial, operations, and compliance teams to align technical execution with business goals. Communicating clearly across stakeholder groups to maintain shared understanding and direction.
· Managing intricate schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues through structured planning and proactive mitigation. Escalating obstacles appropriately while keeping stakeholders informed with clear, consumable updates.
· Driving strong program governance through consistent metrics tracking, reporting, and performance oversight. Ensuring systems, solutions, and data integrations comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
· Promoting a transparent, collaborative, and accountable culture across the organization.
You're the right fit if:
· You've acquired 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Program Management, preferably in a financial or other regulated environment. You have successfully led large complex programs, projects, and initiatives with a structured approach, using PMP, Prince2 or Agile methodologies.

· Experience managing PMOs and collaborating effectively with engineering teams. Solid technical fluency across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
· Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of NetSuite and cost analysis would be desirable.
· You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar, Project Management or 5+ years of equivalent Project Management experience. PMP certification, preferred.
· You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
· You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management abilities.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience and business needs.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, long-term incentives may be offered.
