About The Role

We are seeking a talented Unity Game Developer to join our team, responsible for developing engaging mobile games that attract over 1 million daily active users globally and in China. In this role, you will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create, enhance, and maintain high-quality game features. Your expertise will help bring innovative game concepts to life, modernize existing systems, and build new gameplay functionalities within our established codebase. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile gaming, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world, with a focus on impactful contributions and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Unity game development for mobile platforms
• Proficiency in C# programming language
• Solid understanding of game architecture design principles
• Experience integrating backend and cloud services into games
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Availability to work at least 3 hours within 9 AM to 7 PM Beijing Time
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain features for Unity-based mobile games, ensuring high-quality standards
• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and engineers to translate game concepts into functional features
• Partner with teams to enhance existing game systems and create new gameplay mechanics
• Modernize legacy systems and develop new modules based on project requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to improve game stability and performance
• Continuously evaluate and optimize development processes, tools, and workflows
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into development activities
