Job Summary

We are seeking to bring on a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the design efforts that grow Courtyard.io globally. You’ll partner with a multidisciplinary team of video editors, live-ops managers, and growth experts to concept, design, optimize, and scale creatives across a variety of product, UA, and social channels. You’ll leverage everything from traditional graphics editing software to AI tools to produce and enhance creatives that represent Courtyard at the highest level. From pack art to static ads, key art, and e-mail headers, you’ll design content that drives engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, highly skilled in design execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They pair sharp creative instincts with a meticulous mindset and understand how to budget their time to consistently deliver high-performing creatives on schedule. They have the ability to turn insights into concepts and concepts into deliverables that scale without compromising taste. This role reports to the Head of Creative Services and will design and deliver graphic assets for both product and marketing, so this designer must be able to shift between multiple workstreams.


What You’ll Do

  • Ideate and execute graphic design creatives for product, paid user acquisition, brand marketing, web, e-mail, and social media to drive conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand project vision and translate it into compelling art that represents the product at a high standard
  • Support marketing and product initiatives with highly-polished concepts for use in motion design (e.g. end slates, cinemagraphs, etc.)
  • Contribute to evolving Courtyard’s brand identity across product and marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, competitor output, and best practices in graphic design


What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience as an advanced graphic designer, ideally within mobile gaming, PC gaming, or a direct-to-consumer field
  • Advanced experience with professional raster-based (Photoshop) and vector-based (Illustrator) design software
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing, and how graphic design impacts conversion rates and retention
  • Strong familiarity with leveraging AI tools in both ideation and execution
  • Proven experience collaborating with product and marketing teams to align creatives with established visual identity and strategic marketing campaigns
  • Experience designing logos and branded merchandise
