About The Company
Teramind is a pioneering leader in the field of user behavior analytics, insider risk management, and workforce intelligence. Our mission is to empower organizations worldwide by transforming data into strategic assets that ensure security, productivity, and operational excellence. With a focus on AI-driven insights, we provide comprehensive solutions that deliver real-time visibility, control, and proactive protection across digital environments. Our cutting-edge technologies and collaborative culture position us at the forefront of safeguarding organizational assets and enhancing user experience through advanced analytics and intuitive design.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across Teramind's platform. This is a senior individual contributor role, emphasizing expertise and influence rather than management. As the UX craft leader, you will set the standards for design quality, mentor fellow designers, and drive strategic design initiatives within our most complex problem spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to craft intuitive, data-rich workflows that serve a variety of user personas, from security analysts and productivity managers to AI governance specialists. You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams, ensuring that user experience principles are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle. While not managing people directly, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the UX craft across the organization through critiques, best practices, and mentorship. Your work will directly impact how users interpret complex data, make decisions efficiently, and achieve their goals with confidence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex, data-intensive platforms

- Knowledge of investigation tools, dashboards, rule/policy configuration, or workflow builders
- Strong systems thinking, information architecture, and component-based design skills
