I’m supporting a rapidly scaling B2B iGaming events and media group that is building one of the most influential brands in the sector. They are hiring a visionary Director of Marketing to lead the full marketing function and drive serious commercial impact.

This organisation delivers world‑class summits editorial content research podcasts and high‑value networking experiences. They are expanding into new verticals and need a marketing leader who can elevate brand authority and accelerate revenue growth.

This is not a support role. Marketing is the commercial engine.


What matters is B2B events, media, or SaaS experience where you have built and led a marketing function, not just managed one. Someone from fintech, data, or adjacent B2B sectors is also considered. The key is commercial acumen; they need to understand pipeline, conversion, and the relationship between marketing activity and revenue.

You will inherit a structured four‑pillar marketing framework and a talented team. Your role is to set the strategy drive performance and scale the function.

Your remit includes:

  • Owning the full marketing strategy across events media research and new verticals
  • Leading brand evolution and positioning
  • Overseeing event marketing to maximise attendance and ROI
  • Driving performance across social email SEO paid media PR and content distribution
  • Leading commercial marketing to boost ticket sales sponsorship revenue lead generation and conversion rates
  • Aligning marketing with revenue targets and full‑funnel performance
  • Building a high‑performance team culture with clear KPIs
  • Owning budget tooling agency spend and operational excellence
  • Championing AI‑enabled marketing efficiencies
