We are seeking a Smart Grid Network Analyst to support the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of RF-based communication networks within a utility environment. This role is critical to maintaining reliable connectivity across Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), SCADA, and distribution systems.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring a mix of network engineering, field support, and system troubleshooting.

- Monitor and troubleshoot RF / wireless network performance to ensure system reliability
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart grid network infrastructure
- Assist with deployment and support of AMI, SCADA, and grid communication systems
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field crews on network installations and upgrades
- Perform firmware updates, system configurations, and equipment provisioning
- Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, assets, and changes
- Support emergency response efforts, including after-hours troubleshooting as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in network engineering, telecom, or wireless networking
- Strong knowledge of:
- Routing & Switching
- TCP/IP Networking
- DNS/DHCP
- Experience with RF, wireless, or telecom network technologies
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, or troubleshooting network equipment
- Ability to work in both office and field environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as:
- CCNA / CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- CWNA or other wireless certifications
- Senior-Level Candidates (Level II)
