VRIZE is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support a high-impact Digital Product team for a major retail client.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements—helping deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences at scale.

This role will support a major retail client and is fully remote, with candidates required to be based in the U.S. and aligned to Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Digital Product Managers to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders from marketing, customer service, and operations—to ensure alignment on scope and intent.
- Create clear and concise user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation that guide development teams.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, user interviews, and stakeholder workshops to uncover business needs and user pain points.
- Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and the refinement of epics and features.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating that requirements have been implemented as intended.
- Contribute to data analysis, benchmarking, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
- Help track and communicate project status, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and opportunities to streamline documentation and delivery workflows.

Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories, workflows, and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
