We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who can bring structure to fragmented processes, unify data from siloed systems, and translate business information into clear recommendations that improve decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both operations and analytics—someone who can gather information from multiple departments, centralize reporting, identify inefficiencies, and help leadership make smarter strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather data and requirements from multiple departments (operations, finance, marketing, customer support, etc.)
- Pull information from disconnected systems and consolidate it into a centralized reporting environment
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for leadership
- Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting sources
- Translate business problems into measurable analytical solutions
- Create documentation for processes, systems, and reporting logic
- Support leadership with forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and scalability
- Reduce manual work through better systems and reporting processes

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong SQL skills or ability to work with databases
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience working across multiple departments
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
