Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can handle multiple channels, campaigns, and strategies simultaneously. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing efforts across paid, organic, and CRM channels.

You must be highly organized, performance-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • Other platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, etc.)
  • Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, content growth)
  • Manage social media growth and content distribution
  • Work closely with content and design teams to execute campaigns
  • Track and optimize lead generation funnels and conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like:
  • GA4
  • Google Search Console
  • Ahrefs
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows (email, follow-ups, funnels)
  • Handle multi-tasking across multiple projects, campaigns, and platforms
  • Coordinate with developers for tracking, landing pages, and integrations
  • Continuously test and scale campaigns for better CPL and ROI
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Paid Ads (Meta & Google Ads mandatory)
  • SEO and content marketing
  • Lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
  • Experience in automotive / logistics / lead generation businesses
