We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting franchisees in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for website content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance.
What You'll Do
- Partner with multiple franchisees to understand their business goals, target audiences, and local market conditions.
- Provide hands‑on guidance in implementing SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, on‑page structure, and technical elements like redirects and canonical tags.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze competitiveness and trends, and translate insights into optimized content strategies.
- Write and design SEO‑optimized website pages that align with brand standards and support franchise marketing goals.
- Execute, track, and analyze SEO initiatives using website analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive SEO‑aligned content creation and maintain a competitive digital presence.

- Deep understanding of major search engine algorithms and strong expertise in on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO (including site speed and mobile optimization).
