Job Description
Marketing & Growth Manager
We build technology that protects the world's crops and reduces waste of food and energy. Our product platform is mature, our brand is built, and our freelancer network is dialed in. What's wide open: the AI-driven growth engine we want to build on top of all of it. That's where you come in.
AgroLog is an 18-person B2B company based just north of Odense, Denmark. Small, ambitious, unformal. We make things and we ship them. Our team is international — we work in English, and Danish is not a requirement. We want a Marketing & Growth Operations Manager to run marketing end-to-end, build our AI-native outbound engine from scratch, and partner closely with the CEO on strategy.
Who this is for: if you're a recent graduate with strong AI fluency, a graphical eye, and a portfolio of things you've built, apply. If you're an experienced B2B operator who wants close partnership with a technical CEO and an energetic Sales Manager, also apply. The role grows with the person.
The job
Three areas. Wide on purpose — we're small, we want someone energized by that.
1. Marketing operations
Run the ongoing machine: campaigns, newsletter, social, measurement, and the planning and material side of exhibitions. Orchestrate our freelancer network — paid ads, video, graphic design, print, photography, and an external marketing consultant. Exhibition attendance is handled primarily by sales; your role there is preparation, not presence.
2. Dealer and partner enablement
Dealers and distribution partners are central to our go-to-market. Strengthen those relationships. Build and launch an academy program. Create training material, partner events, co-marketing initiatives. Help dealers sell us more effectively.
3. AI-driven growth engineering
Build a modern outbound engine — AI-generated leads, AI-personalized email sequences, pipeline tracking, continuous iteration. Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n, LLMs, APIs. This is the new muscle we want to build and it's wide open. If this sentence excites you, we want to talk.
Design dimension
You bring a strong graphical sense to everything you produce — not as a replacement for our designers, but as taste. You can design landing pages, campaign materials, and light UI work for our software directly in Figma when speed matters. You care about whether something looks right, not just whether it ships.
The sales-marketing bridge

AI is collapsing the gap between sales and marketing. You'll operate across both — regular presence in sales meetings, shared CRM (ClickUp), shared tooling, shared responsibility for the funnel. Marketing is not a silo here.
You
You've built things. A campaign that shipped. An outbound pipeline that generated real revenue. An automation that saved real hours. A product you designed. A side project you kept working on until it existed. We care that things exist because you personally made them exist — not that you have a specific number of years on your CV.
You're AI-native. You use Claude or ChatGPT daily for real work. You've set up automations that chain LLMs with tools. You reach for an AI agent before reaching for a to-do list.
You have a visual eye. You can look at a draft landing page or UI and say what's wrong with it, and fix it.
You're creative and generative — full of ideas — and you ship. Ideas without execution are easy; execution without ideas is draining; the combination is what we're hiring for.
You want a close working relationship with a technical, engaged CEO and Sales Manager. You don't want to be left alone to own marketing in isolation. Strategy and major campaigns are co-decided — we partner, we don't delegate and disappear.
This role is probably wrong for you if:
You want to rebuild a visual identity or reposition the company in market — ours is mature
You want full autonomy and a clear CMO track
You're a pure strategist who won't touch production
You're AI-curious but haven't actually built anything with it
You expect work to stay inside "marketing" — it won't
Qualifications
Strong English writing — all our external communication is English. Danish is not required.
Fluent use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for real work, including automations and agents
Strong graphical sense and working fluency in Figma (or similar) — you can design a landing page or a simple UI yourself
Discover our full range of relocation jobs with comprehensive support packages to help you relocate and settle in your new location.
Technical literacy — comfortable with APIs, basic data work, can read documentation and set things up yourself
Some understanding of funnel mechanics — how leads become opportunities become customers
Familiarity with at least some of the modern growth stack (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or similar) — or a demonstrated ability to pick tools like these up quickly
Education in marketing, business, communication, design, engineering, or a related field — or a portfolio that makes formal education unnecessary
Bonus: prior B2B marketing or growth experience
Bonus: agri, grain, or industrial B2B background
Bonus: prior dealer/channel enablement experience
Location
This is an in-office role at our headquarters just north of Odense. We want you here with the team — collaboration with sales, engineering, and leadership happens in the same building, and the work benefits from that proximity. Odense is 75 minutes by train from Copenhagen and well connected across Denmark. Relocation from elsewhere in Europe is welcome.
What we offer
Full-time role in a small, ambitious, international team where your impact is visible every day
Direct partnership with the CEO and Sales Manager on strategy and direction
A mature freelancer network so you're not alone in execution
Salary, depending on experience; pension; standard Danish benefits
Real ownership — you'll see what you build in use by dealers, customers, and colleagues
If you're early in your career: a role you'll grow with for years.
How to apply
In the note, tell us about one thing you've personally built in the last 6 months — any domain, any scale. Not something your team led or your class project mentions you contributed to. Something that exists because you made it exist. This is the single most important signal to us.
We interview on a rolling basis and hire when we find the right person.
