2. About the Opportunity:
The IT Specialist role is central to maintaining and improving the internal technology systems that support a fully remote healthcare company. The position is responsible for configuring, implementing, and automating tools and systems to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes system thinking and process improvement over traditional break/fix support, contributing to the organization’s efficiency and compliance.
3. Responsibilities:
• Configure, implement, and maintain internal SaaS platforms and productivity tools for a remote workforce
• Manage device fleet using MDM platforms including provisioning and compliance enforcement
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
• Manage IT support ticket queue, triage, and resolve requests
• Maintain and update IT documentation and runbooks

• Ensure IT systems comply with HIPAA requirements
• Support SOC 2 audit preparation and access reviews in collaboration with the Security team
4. Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT or systems administration experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta or Google Workspace
• Experience managing devices via MDM platforms like Jamf, Rippling, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune
• Proficiency with IT ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, or ServiceNow
• Scripting or automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance as it relates to IT systems
• Experience supporting fully remote teams
Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated SaaS environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The national pay range for this role is $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate''s geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, 401(k) plan, stock options, and bonuses.
