Role Description

This is a remote role for a Junior Animator & Content Strategist. The role focuses on creating engaging, platform-ready visual content for social media.

You will be responsible for translating our core productions into compelling short-form formats for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms, while also developing original, theme-driven content aligned with ongoing brand campaigns.

You will work closely with the animation and content teams to ensure creative alignment and deliver content that is engaging, consistent, and audience-focused.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of short-form content, including pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement
• Demonstrable experience in animation, video editing, or digital content creation (through portfolio, freelance work, or personal projects)
• Proficiency in at least one relevant tool (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Ability to translate ideas or themes into clear, engaging visual content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting

• Good communication skills for collaboration

Preferred (Not Required)

• Certificate, diploma, or informal training in animation, media, or a related field
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
• Familiarity with children’s or family-oriented content

We value creativity, instinct, and quality of work over formal qualifications. If you can demonstrate strong thinking and execution through your portfolio, that carries more weight than any degree.
