Job Description
To lead and manage the human resources function of the company by ensuring compliant recruitment, workforce planning, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations, while supporting high-volume, SLA-driven operations and maintaining full compliance with local labour laws and Embassy standards. The HR Business Partner ensures that the companies has the right people, skills, and structure to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality visa services.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.     Leads end-to-end HR operations for the Company, ensuring staffing, compliance, and employee engagement meet operational needs.
2.     Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning in line with application volumes and Embassy SLAs.
3.     Manages attendance, leave, overtime, and shift compliance for front-office, back-office, and support teams.
4.     Ensures compliance with labour law, visa sponsorship rules, and internal HR policies.
5.     Leads performance management, KRAs, incentives, and appraisal cycles.
6.     Oversees payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR cost control.
7.     Handles employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
8.     Drives training, certification, and competency development for all roles.
9.     Ensures strong HR reporting, audit readiness, and documentation.
Indicative KRA’s / Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities
1.     Achieve manpower fulfilment and attrition targets in line with HR plans.
2.     Ensure 100% compliance with labour law, visa, and HR audit requirements.
3.     Maintain accurate attendance, payroll inputs, and incentive processing with zero errors.
4.     Deliver timely Mid-year and Year-end performance appraisals and bonus recommendations.
5.     Ensure training completion and certification targets are met.

Qualification & Experience Requirement
(Education, Experience, specific knowledge, Skills understanding, Attitude)
Education
·     Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
·     Master’s degree or any HR Certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
Experience:
·        8-12 years in HR, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
·        Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven environments (Visa services, BPO, government services, hospitality, or contact centers preferred)
·        Experience supporting multi-functional teams or growing organizations is preferred.
·        Local experience or strong knowledge of the local labor market is required.
Knowledge & Key Skills:
·     Should Strong knowledge of local labour laws, employment regulations, and government or embassy compliance for visa operations.
·     Expertise in workforce budgeting, payroll control, shift planning, rostering, and manpower optimization.
·     Proven capability in employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and lawful terminations.
·     Strong understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and security of visa and biometric information.
