Translate business and technical requirements into Microsoft 365 and Azure solution architectures
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and future state designs
Partner with business stakeholders and infrastructure, network, identity, and server teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions
Assess the current Microsoft solution portfolio to identify gaps, risks, and technical debt
Monitor and evaluate emerging Microsoft and cloud technologies to recommend optimizations and innovations
Lead the design and implementation of M365 and Azure solutions in alignment with enterprise standards
Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
Architect, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and M365 Apps
Design and enforce security, compliance, and data governance using Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and auditing
Develop and execute PowerShell automation for administration, governance, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with PMO and agile teams to ensure architectural alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Guide endpoint and device management through Intune, ensuring compliance, patching, and security posture
Produce and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and training materials
Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and progress effectively to executive leadership and technical teams

- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 environments governance and management; Hands-on experience with Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Obtain Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years’ combined experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines; including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102).
