We are seeking a hybrid Product Manager and Business Analyst to lead the evolution of a SaaS portal product. You will be the innovator for our platform, identifying flaws, proposing aesthetic enhancements, and working directly with major stakeholders to take their user experience to the next level. This 100% remote role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented leader who enjoys digging into data to uncover product weaknesses and turning them into team tasks.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Owning the full product lifecycle for a configurable portal solution, from initial customer discovery and workflow analysis to final delivery.
• Analyzing complex datasets and operational patterns to identify product friction, proposing creative functional improvements, and justifying them with data-driven ROI.
• Translating high-level customer requests into polished Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and detailed user stories.
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams in an Agile environment to oversee mockups (Figma/Photoshop) and ensure the final user interface is aesthetically perfect.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• At least 5 years of recent experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role specifically within a SaaS environment.
• A self-starter personality who seeks out work and takes accountability for product nuances without waiting for instructions.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with a keen eye for software aesthetics and the ability to interpret design mockups.
• Strong experience in data categorization and the ability to transform raw information into actionable development tasks.
