Telecom Partnerships Manager (Voice & SMS Routing)
Remote | EU Timezone Preferred | Full-time
Base: $4,000/month + Commission
A fast-growing SaaS platform operating in the CPaaS and telecom infrastructure space is hiring a Telecom Partnerships Manager to expand its global voice and SMS carrier network.
The platform provides voice, VoIP and A2P SMS solutions for performance marketing and sales teams, helping businesses connect with leads instantly and convert them at scale across North America, the UK and Europe.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead carrier partnerships, routing expansion and commercial negotiations across multiple international markets.

You’ll take ownership of voice and SMS routing partnerships, expanding capacity and building relationships with telecom carriers, SMS aggregators and CPaaS providers.

Working closely with leadership and engineering teams, you’ll play a key role in scaling telecom infrastructure, improving route quality and negotiating commercial terms with global partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with telecom carriers, SMS aggregators and routing partners
• Expand voice, VoIP and A2P SMS routing capacity across priority markets

• Monitor and optimise route quality, delivery rates and cost per route
• Conduct pricing and performance reviews with existing carrier partners
• Partner with engineering teams on technical onboarding and route testing
• Provide visibility on pipeline, margins, route performance and market insights
What We’re Looking For
• Strong sales, partnerships or business development experience gained within Telecom, CPaaS, VoIP, SMS Aggregation, A2P Messaging, Carrier Relations, Telecom Wholesale, Routing
• Commercial mindset with experience negotiating pricing, contracts or supplier partnerships
• Ability to open new conversations and close deals internationally
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
