Desktop Support Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Desktop Support professional (3–7 years only) who has already worked in a fully remote environment and can operate independently without office infrastructure.

This role is for someone who is self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable solving issues remotely without hand-holding.

What You’ll Handle:

• Troubleshoot issues across:
• Zoom (audio/video, meeting failures, setup)
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, permissions)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, login issues)
• Support a fully remote team (no physical access to systems)
• Diagnose and resolve issues independently
• Guide users remotely with clear, step-by-step instructions

Strict Requirements (Must Meet All):

• 3–7 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
• Prior experience working in a fully remote setup (mandatory)
• Comfortable operating without office infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting + logical thinking
• Hands-on experience with:
• Zoom
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft 365

• Location: 100% Remote
