About Tech AGRIM
Tech AGRIM is a global cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network & Cloud Security, and Application Security. We work closely with clients across Europe and Asia, helping them adopt practical, risk-driven security aligned with Zero Trust principles.
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer who can design, implement, and optimize enterprise network security in a practical, business-aligned manner. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and a risk-based approach to security.
- Architect and secure enterprise networks across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Own end-to-end firewall lifecycle management (design → implementation → optimization)
- Lead network segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives
- Implement and optimize security policies with automation (experience with AlgoSec is a plus)
- Collaborate with GRC, Cloud, and SOC teams to align security controls with business risks
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and security assessments
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network security incidents

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Network Security
- Strong expertise in firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)
- Deep understanding of network protocols, VPNs, and segmentation strategies
- Experience in traffic analysis (NetFlow/sFlow) and application mapping
- Hands-on experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and SIEM integrations
- Ability to think in terms of risk and business impact, not just configurations
- Experience with AlgoSec (AppViz / policy automation tools)
- Exposure to cloud security (AWS / Azure) and SASE / Zero Trust models
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE)
