Network Security Engineer

Tech AGRIM is a global cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network & Cloud Security, and Application Security. We work closely with clients across Europe and Asia, helping them adopt practical, risk-driven security aligned with Zero Trust principles.

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer who can design, implement, and optimize enterprise network security in a practical, business-aligned manner. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and a risk-based approach to security.

• Architect and secure enterprise networks across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Own end-to-end firewall lifecycle management (design → implementation → optimization)
• Lead network segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives
• Implement and optimize security policies with automation (experience with AlgoSec is a plus)
• Collaborate with GRC, Cloud, and SOC teams to align security controls with business risks
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and security assessments
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network security incidents

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Network Security
• Strong expertise in firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)
• Deep understanding of network protocols, VPNs, and segmentation strategies
• Experience in traffic analysis (NetFlow/sFlow) and application mapping
• Hands-on experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and SIEM integrations
• Ability to think in terms of risk and business impact, not just configurations

• Experience with AlgoSec (AppViz / policy automation tools)
• Exposure to cloud security (AWS / Azure) and SASE / Zero Trust models
• Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE)
