Job Description
ABOUT KRAFTRAUM
Funded by a group of tech and gaming industry veterans in 2025, KRAFTRAUM is a top tier development studio, engaging in co- and full cycle product and game development.
With many successful projects over decades, we are up to full speed and productivity extremely fast – with a clear focus on delivering. We pride ourselves on being industry leading experts in Unreal and Unity projects, MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) technology, game UIUX and having significantly improved user experiences across products, including multiple shipped AAA titles.
As members of the KRAFTRAUM team, our people can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members support shaping our dynamic culture from afar.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We work in small, focused teams on co-development projects for premium PC/Console. Our approach: keep teams lean, communicate directly, and ship. We value a solutions-first mindset, a hands-on attitude, and clear communication over endless meetings and process overhead.
As projects grow, so do the teams around them. We believe in keeping core members stable and building outward – which is why this role matters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our game development team and shape the player experience across our multiple titles. You’ll support the user experience from early wireframes to polished, shipped interfaces — designing for both PC and controller-based platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of design craft, player empathy, and engine-level implementation, and is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering interfaces that feel as good as they look.
