Optimize stitch paths, density, underlays, and sequencing for production

Ensure designs are production-ready for various fabrics and garments
Edit and refine existing digitized files for quality improvement
Maintain consistency, alignment, and stitch accuracy in all outputs
Work closely with our design team to bring creative concepts to life
Deliver files within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Troubleshoot digitizing issues and suggest improvements
Technical Skills Required
Wilcom Pulse Tajima DG/ML Hatch Stitch types (satin, fill, run, etc.) Fabric behavior and distortion Density, pull compensation, and underlay techniques

Job Title: Embroidery Digitizer (Project-Based | Long-Term)

Location: Remote (Open to worldwide applicants - fully remote)

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Embroidery Digitizer to join our team on a long-term, project-based basis.


This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, open to candidates worldwide. You will be responsible for converting artwork into high-quality embroidery files that are production-ready and optimized for different fabrics and garments.


We are a fast-growing streetwear brand focused on bold, creative storytelling through design. If you understand both technical digitizing and artistic execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:


• Convert artwork, logos, and graphics into embroidery digitizing files

• Optimize stitch paths, density, underlays, and sequencing for production

• Select appropriate thread types, colors, and stitch techniques

• Ensure designs are production-ready for various fabrics and garments

• Edit and refine existing digitized files for quality improvement

• Maintain consistency, alignment, and stitch accuracy in all outputs

• Work closely with our design team to bring creative concepts to life

• Deliver files within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

• Troubleshoot digitizing issues and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer (2+ years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of digitizing software such as:

• Wilcom

• Pulse

• Tajima DG/ML

• Hatch (or similar)

• Deep understanding of:

• Stitch types (satin, fill, run, etc.)

• Fabric behavior and distortion

• Density, pull compensation, and underlay techniques

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to interpret artwork and convert it into embroidery-ready formats

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Good communication skills (English preferred)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)


• Experience working with streetwear / fashion brands

• Knowledge of embroidery machine limitations and production workflow

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Illustrator / Photoshop)

• Experience with multi-head embroidery setups
