Enterprise Staffing Solutions is partnering with a high‑growth organisation to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager on a fixed‑term contract running until 30th September — with a strong probability of extension beyond that date.
This is a fully remote role within a genuinely supportive, people‑first culture. You’ll join a marketing function that values experimentation, data‑driven thinking and tight collaboration with sales.
What You’ll Bring

- Deep Digital Marketing Expertise — You understand the mechanics of paid search, paid social, inbound funnels, ABM and performance‑driven campaigns, and know how to blend them into a cohesive strategy.
- ABM & Martech Know‑How — Comfortable using HubSpot and LinkedIn for audience targeting and sync. Experience with intent‑based platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Cognism, etc.) would be a real advantage.
- Localisation & Geo‑Targeting Skills — You’ve run region‑specific campaigns that directly support field sales teams and generate measurable activity in local markets.
- Data‑Led Decision Making — You can interpret campaign data, spot patterns quickly and translate insights into practical optimisation steps.
- Clear, Confident Communicator — Able to work with stakeholders across marketing, sales and leadership, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Platform Proficiency — Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and marketing automation tools (especially HubSpot).
- Budget Ownership — Experience managing digital spend, allocating budget effectively and maximising ROI.
- Agency & Vendor Management — Comfortable coordinating with external partners, agencies and contractors to deliver on the digital roadmap.
