Job Description
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing exclusively in the Real Estate Development sector. You will act as a strategic partner to our project teams - sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier professionals across development, construction, design, finance, and asset management disciplines.
This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate development value chain, strong market intelligence, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both passive and active talent in a highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for roles across real estate development, project management, design, finance, legal, and commercial disciplines.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline of qualified professionals including Project Directors, Development Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Leasing Managers, Asset Managers, and senior technical staff.
- Leverage specialized channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, real estate professional networks, industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct targeted headhunting for senior and niche positions where active candidate pools are limited.
Candidate Assessment & Management
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical competence, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the full candidate journey - from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Provide expert market insights including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends.
- Advise on job description optimization, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies.

Recruitment Operations
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking ensuring accurate and up-to-date records throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies where required, managing vendor relationships and performance.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labour laws (UAE) and internal HR policies.
Employer Branding
- Represent the company at real estate industry events, career fairs, and professional forums.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice within the real estate sector.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on real estate development, construction, or property sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for senior and technical roles across the real estate development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour market dynamics and real estate industry trends.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
