About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of key product surfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking with meticulous execution, consistently raising the design standards across the organization. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, particularly for web-based products. Deep expertise in design tools such as Figma is essential, including proficiency with components, auto-layout, prototyping, and managing design systems. A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product thinking and successful project outcomes is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, with experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms. Excellent collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams, alongside a keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments is also important, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
