Forward Deployment Engineer (GTM AI)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer to join our Revenue AI team.
This is not a maintenance role. You will work directly with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to turn business problems into AI-driven solutions with direct revenue impact.
You will be responsible for taking initiatives from ambiguity to production, designing, prototyping, and deploying intelligent systems that improve how go-to-market teams operate.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI solutions for sales and customer success workflows
- Translate business problems into functional prototypes within 1–2 week cycles
- Build AI agents and automations that:
- improve account research
- reduce manual work
- identify expansion opportunities
- enhance sales personalization
- Integrate solutions with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and others
- Design event-driven and asynchronous systems ensuring data consistency
- Implement monitoring, validations, and guardrails to ensure quality and reliability
- Measure impact through key business metrics

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Product Engineer
- Experience building and launching end-to-end products or solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI or LLMs (prototyping or production)
- Understanding of GTM operations (Sales, RevOps, Customer Success)
- Experience integrating systems via APIs, SaaS tools, or data pipelines
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and move quickly to execution
- Strong product mindset with focus on business impact
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
