About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer to join our Revenue AI team.

This is not a maintenance role. You will work directly with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to turn business problems into AI-driven solutions with direct revenue impact.

You will be responsible for taking initiatives from ambiguity to production, designing, prototyping, and deploying intelligent systems that improve how go-to-market teams operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI solutions for sales and customer success workflows
• Translate business problems into functional prototypes within 1–2 week cycles
• Build AI agents and automations that:
• improve account research
• reduce manual work

• identify expansion opportunities

• Implement monitoring, validations, and guardrails to ensure quality and reliability
• Measure impact through key business metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Product Engineer
• Experience building and launching end-to-end products or solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI or LLMs (prototyping or production)
• Understanding of GTM operations (Sales, RevOps, Customer Success)
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, SaaS tools, or data pipelines
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and move quickly to execution
• Strong product mindset with focus on business impact
