About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to own complete features independently, from research through delivery, while working across 2-3 concurrent projects. You will contribute meaningfully to our design systems, support our Senior and Lead designers on larger initiatives, and start mentoring juniors on specific tasks.
This is the role where you stop being handed tickets and start owning outcomes. You will plan your own research, defend your own design decisions with data, and ship work that does not need to be re-done in code review.
You will work directly with our Lead UX/UI Designer, Creative Director, and engineering team across website redesigns, app features, and brand-led digital experiences.
What You Do
- Own end-to-end UX for features and modules, from research through high-fidelity prototyping
- Plan and execute user research independently, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Build and maintain components within our design systems
- Constantly push beyond trends to design interfaces that drop jaws.
- Design across web, iOS, and Android with platform-appropriate patterns
- Build high-fidelity prototypes for complex interactions
- Work across 2-3 concurrent projects without quality drop
- Mentor junior designers on specific tasks and review their work
- Collaborate directly with developers during handoff, including basic HTML/CSS conversations
- Contribute to creative R&D and team process improvements
- Develop written case studies for completed work
Hard Skills We Require
Core UX

- 5 years experience in End-to-end UX ownership for website and app features
- Independent user research planning and execution (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
- Advanced information architecture and navigation design
- Multi-platform design strategy across web, iOS, and Android
- High-fidelity prototyping for complex interactions
Tools and Technical
- Advanced Figma skills, including variants, advanced prototyping, and design tokens
- Design system creation and maintenance
