Enterprise Business Development Manager – Blockchain Security

A fast-growing technology company is building security and assurance infrastructure for blockchain and digital assets. Its solutions help enterprises, financial institutions, exchanges, and Web3-native companies secure smart contracts, protocols, and on-chain systems across multiple ecosystems. The company operates globally and works with leading institutional and technology partners.


Role Overview


We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality and experience selling technical solutions into complex, regulated environments.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition, and build senior relationships across financial institutions, exchanges, and Web3 infrastructure providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy targeting regulated institutions, exchanges, and Web3 companies
  • Prospect, engage, and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, Risk, and C‑suite stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical security concepts into clear business value
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting


Candidate Profile


Experience

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record closing net-new enterprise deals
  • Background in blockchain, cybersecurity, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred


Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong hunter mindset and consultative selling approach
  • Comfortable selling technical products or services
  • Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets, or security concepts
  • Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
