Position Description: We are hiring multiple Software Developer II professionals to support a newly awarded federal program focused on delivering advanced background investigation solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance data systems supporting mission-critical government operations.
In this role, you will work within an Agile environment to build and optimize full-stack applications, data pipelines, and reporting solutions. You will play a key role in architecting the data layer, integrating legacy and cloud-based systems, and ensuring data reliability, performance, and security.
This position is ideal for developers with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and ETL/data engineering, who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and Angular
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and database solutions
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, views, and triggers
- Create and support reporting solutions (SSRS) and data visualization components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud environments ensuring high availability and performance
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications and databases
- Document technical designs, data lineage, and system processes for compliance and transparency
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system improvements

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant software development experience
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
- 5+ years of Angular development experience

- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL development
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
