Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage and support a team of recruiters, screeners, and coordinators
- Monitor key hiring metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and pipeline health
- Implement and improve recruitment strategies to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Ensure team adherence to scripts, processes, and performance standards
- Analyze recruitment data and generate performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement solutions
- Maintain ATS/CRM data accuracy and reporting standards
